Welcome to GoSwift, the ride-hailing app that prioritizes your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we, GoSwift use, and disclose your personal information. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (privacy@gogoswift.com).

The term "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the GoSwift, the company managing the GoSwift app.

• Geolocation of drivers and driving routes.
• Information about vehicles, including registration number.
• Driver's efficiency and ratings.
• Driver's license, photo, profession, and identity documents.
• Data about criminal convictions and offences.

2. Purposes of the Processing

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:

• Connecting passengers with drivers to facilitate efficient transportation.
• Analysis of geographical areas and providing suggestions to drivers based on geolocation and driving routes.
• Determining compliance with legal requirements and the suitability of pursuing a profession as a driver.
• Displaying driver's photo, name, and vehicle details for passenger identification.
• Providing drivers with summaries and ratings through the GoSwift Driver Portal.

3. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed for the performance of the contract concluded with the driver. The processing of identification and geolocation data is a prerequisite for using GoSwift services. Personal data may also be processed based on legitimate interest and legal obligations.

4. Recipients

Your personal data is disclosed to passengers who have accepted your order. Passengers see relevant driver details in the receipt. Personal data may also be disclosed to GoSwift's local subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, agents, etc.

5. Security and Access

Personal data is stored in data centers located in Tunisia. Only authorized employees of GoSwift group companies and partners have access to personal data. Access is granted for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of services.

6. Processing Passengers' Personal Data

You may not process passengers' personal data without our permission. Follow the rules and conditions for processing personal data of passengers as set forth in the Privacy Policy for Passengers (http://www.gogoswift.com/legal/).

7. Access, Correction, Retention, Deletion, and Data Portability

Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the GoSwift Driver Portal. Data is stored as long as you have an active driver's account. Specific retention periods apply for accounting purposes, suspicions of offenses, and disputes.

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (support@gogoswift.com) or by contacting our Data Protection Officer (privacy@gogoswift.com).
